
Wholesale Counter Sales Associates provide quality customer service at the counter level, including writing and processing orders, answering questions on products, relaying pertinent order information to customers, and coordinating with other departments and manufacturers when necessary.
Utilizing their familiarity and experience in the heating, air conditioning and refrigeration industry, Wholesale Counter Sales Associates must commit to outstanding customer service in order to sell HVAC/R equipment, parts and supplies. These Associates manage phone calls from customers, discussing the use and function of different merchandise, and helping customers choose the products that meet their needs. Counter Sales Associates handle the needs of Sales Account Managers and work directly with warehouse and clerical staff to check and maintain open orders, purchase orders, and returned merchandise.
