Commercial Service Managers supervise and support all building operators and HVAC field personnel who perform installation, maintenance, and repairs, as well as office personnel, to ensure customers are provided with superior quality service.

Service Managers are senior company representatives with a high degree of HVAC/R experience and knowledge as well as strong leadership and management skills. Service Mangers oversee and guide HVAC/R service technicians and maintain involvement with Service Dispatchers on a daily basis. These managers routinely evaluate their technicians' skill sets and training needs to ensure technical training and product knowledge are ongoing.

The Service manager often reviews financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity against company goals and objectives. Service Managers positions are multifaceted, requiring both technical knowledge and management skills. These individuals must also have strong communication skills as they communicate regularly with customers, vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate updates on job status and requirements, and customer satisfaction.
